Smash Happy Audio Products are digital software delivered by license key — there is no physical item to return. This policy explains how refunds work for digital purchases.
If you're not satisfied with a Smash Happy Audio plugin, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.
To request a refund, email [support@smashhappyaudio.com — placeholder, confirm the real inbox] with your order number or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are typically approved and processed within 2 business days of the request.
All purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles the actual payment processing and refund transaction. Once we approve a refund:
Requests made after 14 days from purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may still offer a refund or credit at our discretion — for example, if a Product has a defect we're unable to fix in a reasonable time, or as required by applicable consumer protection law.
The money-back guarantee is intended for genuine trial-and-decide purchases. We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to restrict future purchases, in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product, or refund requests made after extensive commercial use of the license.
Some Smash Happy Audio tools (for example, Reach) are offered free of charge or via waitlist signup. This policy applies only to paid purchases; free products have nothing to refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy you're entitled to under applicable consumer protection law in your province, state, or country, including British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
